The United Ancient Order of Druids Charter

December 4th, 1867

Sometime in 2001 I came into possession of a rather large and splendid document pertaining to the chartering of a lodge of the United Ancient Order of Druids. This document is of a considerable size in the region of 75cm, is mounted behind framed glass and carries both hand calligraphic writing, printing, red seals and a faded violet-blue ribbon.
